Beatles Lyrics Archive - "She loves you yeah, yeah..." Hmm. What was the next lyric? This comprehensive, easy-to-navigate index features all of the Fab's mainstream songs and some of their more obscure tunes. Each page includes a cheesy MIDI rendition of the tune, but you can click the pause button on the embedded player.

The Beatles Guitar Tabs - Smartly designed collection of guitar chords, lyrics, and tabs to many of the classic tunes. Many songs include an introductory paragraph to help musicians navigate the song. At the bottom of each page, you can click for a printable version.

The Beatles Guitar and Audio Site - Search for chords, lyrics, and tabs by album. The site offers a few songs in bass tab for you McCartney wanna-bes. In addition to the tabs, some songs include links to audio files, but they seem to mostly re-direct to CD-retail sites.

SheetMusicDirect.com - Enter "Beatles" into the site's search box, and view hundreds of charts for sale. Includes guitar, bass, and piano arrangements. Some songs are available in tablature. Download free software to view the first page of any song. Complete tunes are available for immediate purchase and download.

Beatles Guitar Chords - Another good collection of chords, tabs, and lyrics. Search by released albums, un-released songs (anyone looking for "Heather?"), and solo tunes. This is not a complete set of the Beatles canon, but you'll be able to find most of the popular songs, and many of the less well-known tunes.

The Beatles 1 - Using the "1" album as a reference point, this official site examines the Beatles' #1 hits. Click on any of the 27 track links and you'll be treated to some historical notes about the song, its climb on the charts, related photos, and some audio and video clips. Very engaging and informative.

The Beatles: A Chronicle in Vinyl - Includes all US and UK vinyl releases. This great discography covers Beatles albums, singles, EPs-- even some reel-to-reel tapes and eight-track cartridges (remember them?). Clicking on an album reveals its cover art, the songs (with links to lyrics), sleeve art, and notes about the recording.

Beatles MP3s - Also from About Classic Rock's wonderful Beatles section, this page of MP3 links includes bootlegs, rare outtakes, alternative versions, and other oddities.

The Ultimate Beatles Gallery - A treasure trove of Beatles pics. Categorized into four chronological epochs from 1963 through 1970. Each section includes dozens of thumbnails. Click on the small images for larger photos.

Google's Beatles Image Search - The good news: Over 50,000 Beatles images! The bad news: They're in no discernible order (although you could enter more info for an advanced search if you are looking for something in particular) and the quality varies. Click on an image to view it in its original size and to find its source.

The Beatles Live - Looking for live concert shots of the Fabs? There are plenty here. The link at the very bottom of the page will take you to a second page of additional live Beatles photos.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Beatles Bio - Inducted in 1988, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum gives the Beatles their due with this official bio. The article ends with a compact timeline of seminal Beatles events.

With The Beatles Timeline - Brief synopses of critical Beatles events. Arranged by year, starting with 1940 (the year Richard Starkey--that's Ringo--was born) to the present.

"Beatles Merchandise"

The Beatlemania Shoppe - A treasure trove of licensed Beatles products including artwork, albums, videos, and memorabilia. Well laid out and easy to navigate. (Don't let the "Shoppe" spelling fool you; the shoppe is headquartered in Canada, not the UK.)

Beatles on eBay - If you're searching for Beatles stuff to buy, you probably won't find a bigger selection than the thousands of items regulalry posted on eBay. Of course, it's a wild frontier so buyer beware!

Fab 4 Collectibles - Would you spend $500 for a sealed, mint copy of the Yellow Submarine LP? I wouldn't, but there are serious Beatles collectors out there, and this is one of the better memorabilia purveyors. Maybe you can score a mono "butcher" cover Yesterday and Today album--if you're willing to pay the price.

Ringo Tour - All the official info about Ringo and his All Starr Band tour, including dates, photos, All Starr history, and info about Ringo and the other musicians on the tour.

Ringo Starr Homepage - An unoficial Web lovefest for Ringo. Includes news, discography, an evolving biography, and lots of other info. Most interesting: a defensive "13 Reasons to Respect Ringo."

"Info about John Lennon or George Harrison"

John Lennon Hour - Capitol Records' official site includes news, a discography, links to purchase music, and a message board.

Bagism - With his world views, John was perhaps the most controversial of the Beatles. The power of his convictions and his influence lives on, and this site galvanizes fans from across the globe. Check out the wonderful Library, which is loaded with articles and other info about John's life and times.

Goerge Harrison.com - The record company's official site for George. Very sleek with lots of George info. The "Brainwashed" Flash stuff, which focuses on his last album, can be frustrating to wade through, but stick with it!

BBC News: The Quiet Beatle - Info-packed, authoritative tribute to George Harrison from the BBC. Includes lengthy articles spanning the Beatles years, his solo career, and Harrison's exploration of Eastern religions and culture. Also features photos, quotes, fan posts, and audio and video clips.
