Internet4Free.com - This site offers a listing of free internet access providers. They also offer ratings and message boards about free ISPs.

FreebieList.com - This site offers quite a bit of information on various free and low cost ISPs.

Met Connect-New York City - This site offers free dial-up access in New York City with no banner ads.

NoCharge-Oregon and Washington - This is free dial-up for 503 area code in Oregon and several area codes in Washington State with no banner ads.

Free Access-Colorado - This site offers free public access in Denver, Colorado.

"Free ISP-National"

NetZero.com - The Grandaddy of free internet access. You receive 10 free hours per month.

Juno.com - Juno offers 10 free hours per month. Juno and NetZero are now owned by the same company so you won't be able to combine the two for 20 hours per month.

MyFreei.com - This service offers 10 hours per month of dial-up access per month. They charge $1 per hour after 10 hours. Also charges $4.95 set-up fee.

Address.com - Offers free dial-up access with quite a few access numbers. Requires customer to complete monthly offers like applying for credit cards.

Internet4Free - This service offers free dial-up access like Address.com. You must "complete" offers to keep the monthly service.

"Free ISP-Worldwide"

TRG-Australia - This full service internet access company has a unique offer. With the NiteRider Pack, you get free internet access from 1am to 7am in Australia. Not a bad deal for Night Owls.

StarHub-Singapore - This is a free internet access service in Singapore.

Argentina.com - Offers free dial-up access in Argentina.

Eircom-Italy - Offers a very liberal free dial-up service in Italy.

Ecosse.net-Scotland - This is Scotland's first free internet access. The only cost is the local call.

NYCWireless.com - This site offers a listing of free wireless internet access sites in New York City. This is a great service for Laptops and PDAs.

Free Wireless Access-Austin,Texas - This site offers a listing of free wireless internet access sites in Austin, Texas. This is a great service for Laptops and PDAs.

Free Wireless Access-Houston, Texas - This site offers a listing of free wireless internet access sites in Houston, Texas. This is a great service for Laptops and PDAs.

Free Broadband UK - This site claims free broadband access in the UK by spring of 2003. They offer pre-registration on their website. There is very little information available about their plans.

FreeDSL.com - Although the name says free DSL, the only listings are for pay DSL internet service providers. Their free claim is for installation and equipment is available from some of their listed providers.

Free-DSL-Services.com - This site offers a list of free services and accessories provided by DSL providers. Although this list offers no free DSL, it does give some good comparisons of the freebies some providers offer.

"Free ISP-Free Trial Period"

AOL - AOL isn't a free provider but offers a 45 day free trial. They offer dial-up services in more locations than any other ISP.

MSN - MSN offers 2 months of free service for new customers. Costs $21.95 per month after the free trial.

EarthLink - Earthlink offers 60 days free and will even waive the $25 setup fee. Earthlink is considered by many to be one of the best dial-up service providers available.

SBC/Yahoo Dial - This dial-up service is one of the newest ventures between SBC and Yahoo. They offer the first month free.

BlueLight.com - This is the service originally for free from Kmart. This is now a pay service with the first month free.
