FlipDog.com - One of the better job search sites out there. Be sure to enter "PT" or "part-time" in the keyword search for a listing of part-time jobs.

SnagAJob.com - Lists only part-time jobs, but most jobs listed are in large metropolitan areas.

Monster.com - Of course, everyone has to search monster. Not my favorite site, but it's the one employers use most. Be sure to enter "PT" or "part-time" in the keyword search for a listing of part-time jobs.

America's Job Bank - These are jobs listed through state employment departments across the country. You can link directly to any state's employment department by using the "State Gateway" option in the far left column.

Teens4Hire.com - Provides tips and advice for teens looking for work. Also has an advice section for parents and teachers. You must register to access the job list, but don't worry -- it's free.

US Bureau of Labor Career Information for Kids - Fun site that provides career exploration information and future job prospects. Great place to start for teens who aren't sure what kind of work they want to do.

Department of Labor -- Report on Youth Labor Force - Detailed report on trends in teen employment (ages 15-18). It has chapters on child labor laws and the relationship between teen employment & future educational and job success.
